We need you to get involved. Sign up today to help San Francisco be a world-class bicycling city where everyone from an eight-year-old child to an 80-year-old grandmother will feel safe biking on San Francisco streets. There are a myriad of ways that you can help, from attending your neighborhood meeting to taking photographs to helping us coordinate presentations and much more. If you’d like to make the Connecting the City vision a reality by being a volunteer, please email us at:

Connecting the City is a project of the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition and your contribution today funds the work that is making Connecting the City bikeways a reality. Your tax-deductible* donation is a smart investment in the future of San Francisco and donations of $35 or more include a complimentary Bicycle Coalition membership.
The San Francisco Bicycle Coalition is the largest membership organization working to make San Francisco a more livable city that is great to shop, live, work and play in. Thanks to the SF Bicycle Coalition’s involvement with events like Sunday Streets and work on improvements such as the Market Street separated bike lanes and programs like Safe Routes to School, a huge and growing number of diverse San Franciscans are already biking. Through your special contribution to Connecting the City, we will be able to get bikeways that will help more people of all ages, from eight years old to 80 years old, move around San Francisco by bike.
The San Francisco Bicycle Coalition regularly presents this exciting project to neighborhood, merchant and community groups. If you are involved in a local group and would like to have the Connecting the City initiative presented to your organization or have an idea of a group we should be talking to, please email us at: info@connectingthecity.org
